Slitting Machine cuts the entire roll or sheet of material at a fixed length, such as plastic packaging materials, packaging cartons, steel plates, films, leather, wood chips, etc., and uses fixed-length cutting control. Fixed-length slitting control is divided into static and dynamic slitting: when the set length is reached, the machine will stop accurately, and then statically cut and restart the operation after slitting; when the set length is reached, it will be slit without stopping. The most important performance index of fixed-length slitting is slitting accuracy, and the consistency of the finished length is good. The cutting length can be set continuously. Start up

1. Change the specifications, put the paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and notify all personnel to leave the machine and prepare to run when the pressure roller is in the running ready state.

2. Set ANTI-STAIC BARS on the main console to AUTO, READY TO RUN is turned on, and start MACHINE RUN to run.
 

Slitting control

During the slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the effect of the slitting operation, and adjust and control the Slitter Blade slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure and arc rollers, edge material traction rollers, and edge guides.
 

Receive

1. When the inside and outside ends of the rewinding machine are stopped, use the film release button to place the film on the prepared film unloading cart, cut the film and paste the film roll with sealing glue.

2. Use the chuck release button to release the chuck and check whether the film core of the film roll leaves the paper core. If one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually remove the film roll.

3. Make sure that all the films leave the chuck on the trolley, use the film loading button to raise the rewinding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and attach the film neatly to the paper core for the next slitting.
 

Parking

1. When the film roll reaches the set length, the equipment will stop automatically.

2. During the operation of the equipment, you can stop by MACHINE STOP as required.

3. When a quick stop is required, press the MACHINE STOP button for more than 2S.

4. When emergencies such as equipment or human accidents occur, press EMERGENCY STOP to emergency stop.
 

Precautions

1. Make sure the voltage, current and hydraulic pressure are correct and stable before starting.

2. Before the equipment is ready for operation, all personnel must be notified to leave the equipment to ensure personal safety before the equipment can be started.

3. When the slitting machine is in operation, do not touch the running film roll or roller core with your hands, so as to avoid being wound by your hands and causing personal injury.

4. During operation, do not scratch or cut each roller core with a knife or hard object.
